                made by Rick Shomion, seconded by Benjamin Zwart, and carried, the Treasurer's

                    1. Michigan Workzone Injuries (Kill a worker and receive a $7,000 fine and 15
                        years in prison).

            A. April 6th MN Legislative walk in
                    1. Question - Does the NCATSSA need assistance with legislative action at the
                        state level?
                    2. Jay Blanchard to take the lead for the Chapter and will look into any state
                        legislation the Chapter may want to address.

XII. Chapter Promotion of Scholarship Fund - Jon Jackels, MN/DOT
            
            A. Scholarship fund for Children of Disabled or Killed Highway Construction Workers.
                    1. Jon Jackels, Lead, Brad Meyer and Fred Snyder to put together a promotion
                        campaign for the next meeting.

                    1. Jon Jackels and Dean Erickson to work up a recommendation for the next meeting

            D. MN Standard Sign Summary
                    1. Chapter to sponsor printing and distribution, approximately $2,000.00/tabled.
                    2. Jon Jackels to add to scholarship/promotion task force

            E. Todd Stewart, AGC of North Dakota proposed joint projects
                    1. Work Zone Analysis Project
                    2. Work Zone Awareness Project
                    Upon motion duly made by Rick Shomion, seconded by Dave Sather, and carried, the
                    Chapter will donate $1,000.00 to the AGC Workzone Awareness Projects.

            F. Richard P. Braun, CTS Chair in Transportation Engineering, University of Minnesota
            
                Upon motion duly made by Gary Clark, seconded by Jay Blanchard, and carried, the
                Chapter will pledge $800.00 per year for three years, total of $2,400.00 pledge.

            G. ATSSA Survey on Pavement Marking to states, counties and cities.
